What is the typical delivery timeframe for my order?
We aim to dispatch most orders within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. While we keep 95% of our catalog in stock, some products may require sourcing from our brand partners, which could cause minor delays. During sales events, higher volumes of orders may also lead to slight delays, but we target to ship all orders within 5 days.
What does it mean if my order is shipped in multiple packages?
If your order is shipped in multiple packages, don’t be concerned! This simply means that different items in your order are being dispatched from different warehouse locations. You will only incur shipping charges for the first package you receive.

- For new customers: Free shipping on orders above ₹499 for deliveries within India. International shipping charges will be calculated and communicated during checkout.
