  1. Order Cancellation Policy
    No Cancellation Post-Dispatch: Orders once dispatched cannot be canceled.
    To request cancellation before dispatch, email support@argonhub.com with your order details. 
    Cancellation requests are subject to order status and approval. 

  2. Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we do not offer refunds or replacements unless the product received is damaged or defective. 
    In the case of damaged or defective products, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@argonhub.com with the following details: 
    Order number 
    Photos of the product and packaging showing the damage or defect 
    Approved claims will be processed by issuing a refund or store credit, as applicable. 

  3. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Products
    We strictly adhere to a No Replacement Policy. 
    Products are non-returnable once opened or used due to hygiene and safety reasons. 

 
4. Refund Process 
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. 
Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
